Delivery Timelines

• UAE: Delivery within 5-7 business days.
• Delivery timelines may be extended due to unforeseen circumstances or if additional time is required for the energising process of your order.
• Pottery, Artwork & Paintings: As these pieces are handcrafted, made-to-order, or specially sourced from artisans, delivery typically takes 10–15 business days.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping across the UAE on prepaid orders.
• A Cash on Delivery (COD) fee of AED 10 applies to all COD orders within the UAE.
• For deliveries across the GCC, an additional shipping charge of AED 40 will apply.
• For international deliveries outside the GCC, please contact us at info@ehesas.com for shipping charges and estimated delivery timelines.

Order Tracking

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an Airway Bill (AWB) number via email or SMS, allowing you to track your shipment in real time.
