To make your experience smooth and transparent, here is how our delivery process works:

* For the UAE, delivery is completed within 5–6 business days.

* For our Pottery, Artworks, and Paintings—each piece is sourced directly from the artisan and often created or finished especially for you. Because of this bespoke process, these orders typically require 7–14 days for delivery. We promise it is worth the wait.

* Delivery within the UAE is completely free for Pre Paid Orders.
If you prefer to pay upon delivery, a cash-on-delivery charge of AED 10 will apply. 

* For deliveries within the GCC region, a small additional shipping fee of AED 40 will be added.

* For international deliveries outside the GCC, we kindly request you to contact us at info@ehesas.com, so we can provide accurate shipping timelines and charges based on your location.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will share the Airway Bill number with you via email or text message so you can track your shipment with ease.
